Access to some sections of the site, information or service requests by users of the site may be subject to inclusion of personal data such as name, address or hobbies and other information. Such information, except as otherwise provided by applicable law, are held securely in a database to which access is reserved exclusively to the staff and agents authorized by Bormioli operating in its name (marketing and advertising agencies).
The processing of personal data by Bormioli, holder of processing procedures, is in compliance with Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, No.196 “Protection of personal data” (hereinafter the Code).With this communication Bormioli lets it known to users, even before accessing the various sections of the site and communicating their data, in which way will the personal data of users be processed by Bormioli. Aims of the processing
The purpose of the processing of personal data provided directly by the users by filling out the online forms may be the following:
a) to allow registration to the site, where required to access certain sections of the site and to deliver and manage the various services offered;

For some services such as those referred to in c) and d) registration to the website by users is not required. Nature of communication of personal data

The personal information provided directly by users through the completion of on-line forms will not be disclosed to third parties or diffused, except for cases of insertion in the site of names of winners of any competitions or prizes promoted by Bormioli through the site.

Rights of users established by art. 7 of the Code
“Article 7 Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights
1.The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.

b) purposes and methods of treatment;

3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:

b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data in violation of the law, including that which does not require conservation for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations described in above points a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, unless where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The person concerned has the right to deny in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data concerning him,
